The Chelsea Project involved a landmarked building that was completely reconstructed. The building is situated in on Ninth Avenue and 21st Street in close proximity is the trendy Meatpacking and High Line Districts housing the Chelsea Market, Maritime Hotel, Gansvoort Hotel and numerous high class boutiques and vibrant nightlife.
 

From the extra wide 42" double door Subzero refrigerator to the BainUltra Thalassa Air Jacuzzi in the master bathroom suite, no expense was spared to complete these Lofty spaces. Other finishes include custom modern designer lacquered kitchen cabinetry, floor to ceiling limestone and marble tiled baths, Porcher and Grohe bathroom fixtures, Viking Designer Series

built in oven, gas cooktop, and warming drawer, top of the line LG washer and dryers in all units, and above all a stunning Brazilian Santos Mahogany flooring made by Mercier.

 

The building had been restored to its original landmarked facade including storefront, lobby entrance doors, and beautiful oversized 6 over 6 Pella wood windows. The lobby and stairwell is a combination of stunning marble and natural stone.
 

We constructed the retail space for the Tenant and have accumulated numerous positive press releases for the construction and design.
